    Ask John, Twin City (458,233), for his letter.

  2. Search

    Find Richard roaming Twin City; no fixed coordinate is documented. Keep the letter with you so he will speak.

  3. Delivery

    Hand Richard the letter to complete the delivery and receive the outcome.
